Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Worldwide Aerospace Employment Network ("WWAEN," "we," "us," or "our"), a division of AAM Nation. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website wwaen.org, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services") for aerospace, aviation, AAM, UAM, UAV, and UAS career opportunities. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable laws
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
User Accounts
Account Creation
To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches
Account Types
- Job Seeker Accounts: For individuals seeking aerospace, aviation, AAM, UAM, UAV, and UAS career opportunities
- Employer Accounts: For companies, recruiters, and organizations posting job opportunities
- Veteran Accounts: For military service members and veterans utilizing transition services
Job Seeker Terms
As a job seeker using our Services, you agree to:
- Provide truthful and accurate information in your resume and profile
- Only apply for positions you are genuinely interested in and qualified for
- Respond professionally to employer communications
- Not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or credentials
- Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
- Not use the Services to harass employers or other users
We reserve the right to verify the accuracy of information provided and to suspend or terminate accounts containing false or misleading information.
Employer Terms
As an employer using our Services, you agree to:
- Post only legitimate job opportunities with your organization
- Provide accurate job descriptions, requirements, and compensation information
- Comply with all applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws
- Treat candidate information confidentially and use it only for recruitment purposes
- Respond to applicants in a timely and professional manner
- Not post jobs that are misleading, fraudulent, or discriminatory
- Not use candidate information for purposes other than employment consideration
- Pay all applicable fees for premium services and job postings
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Impersonating any person or entity
- Harvesting or collecting user information without consent
- Transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Interfering with or disrupting the Services or servers
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
- Using automated systems or bots without our express permission
- Engaging in spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications
- Posting content that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
- Discriminating against candidates based on protected characteristics
- Using the Services for any illegal purpose
Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and data) are owned by WWAEN, AAM Nation, or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our express written permission.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services (such as resumes and job postings). By submitting content, you grant WWAEN a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with providing the Services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.
Payment Terms
Certain Services may require payment. By purchasing paid Services, you agree to:
- Pay all fees and charges associated with your account
- Provide accurate billing and payment information
- Authorize us to charge your payment method for fees incurred
- Accept that fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect current subscription periods.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
- Warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Warranties regarding job placements, hiring outcomes, or employment results
WWAEN does not guarantee employment and is not responsible for the actions of employers, job seekers, or third parties using our Services.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WWAEN, AAM NATION, AND THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WWAEN, AAM Nation, and their officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your content, or your violation of any rights of another party.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
- We may delete your account information and content
- Provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect
- You remain liable for any fees or obligations incurred before termination
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through:
- Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues
- Binding Arbitration: Disputes not resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration
- Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
