Worldwide Aerospace Employment Foundation

We help the right people find the right aerospace career — funding scholarships, apprenticeship support, and veteran transitions so talent, not cost, decides who builds the future of flight.
Talent should decide who flies, not tuition bills
The aerospace, advanced air mobility, and aviation industries face a generational workforce shortage — yet the cost of training, certification, and the long road into a first role keep capable people out. The Worldwide Aerospace Employment Foundation (WWAEF) exists to remove those barriers.
As the nonprofit behind the WWAEN career network, we pair free access to jobs, education mapping, and veteran resources with direct financial support — scholarships, certification aid, and apprenticeship backing — so the right candidate reaches the right company.
What your support powers
Every dollar and every program keeps the on-ramps into aerospace open and free.
Live aerospace jobs candidates can reach for free
Education & certification programs mapped
Free access to career tools for job seekers
SkillBridge & transition support prioritized
Build your aerospace workforce by building the pipeline
WWAEF is the nonprofit arm of the WWAEN aerospace career network. When your company partners with the Foundation, you don't just give back — you connect directly to the verified, certified talent we help train, and you reach candidates the major job boards can't filter for.
Reach candidates with verified security clearances, FAA Part 107 currency, A&P/IA, and EASA credentials — the talent pool LinkedIn and Indeed can't surface.
Sponsor a scholarship track or apprenticeship cohort and be recognized across WWAEN and WWAEF as a company investing in the future of flight.
Fund the certifications and training your roles actually require, then hire the graduates you helped create — a direct, mission-aligned recruiting channel.
