This role sits at the intersection of engineering, design, operations, and customer experience.You will work closely with teams building dispatch logic, supply/demand systems, data pipelines, and customer interfaces that support real-world delivery execution at scale. You will help identify operational pain points, clarify priorities, improve workflows, and ensure we are building experiences that are economically optimal across complex systems. This role thrives in close partnership with engineering, data, and design teams. Please note that this is a target, starting cash range for a candidate who meets the minimum qualifications for this role. The final cash pay for this role will depend on a variety of factors, including a specific candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, working location, and projected impact.
