Working across product, engineering, sales, logistics, operations, and mission success, the Air Defense team develops, tests, deploys, and sustains the Anduril Air Defense Family of Systems (FoS) in challenging operational environments worldwide. <h4>ABOUT THE JOB </h4> We are looking for an  Associate, Business & Revenue Operations to join our rapidly growing team in Irvine, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering across the business to design scalable processes, drive operational excellence, and optimize tools and systems that support our growth and business operations teams. You will own the data hygiene that backs our growth pipeline and generate critical analyses that directly impact the Business Line’s economics. This will require strong analytical skills, a knack for process improvement, and experience working with cross-functional teams. You will be expected to take ownership of workstreams, form a point of view, and back it up with data. If you are someone who wants real responsibility early, takes initiative, and thrives in a high-growth, fast changing environment, then this role is for you. <h4>WHAT YOU'LL DO </h4> <ul> <li>Build and iterate on planning, forecasting, and operational processes that support how the Business Line runs. </li> <li>Develop bespoke analyses and associated operating rhythms to support improvement in data accuracy and reporting. </li> <li>Partner directly with Business Development, Production, and Mission Operations to manage dynamic changes to forecast. Iterate and improve process for data management and hygiene. </li> <li>Work directly with large, imperfect datasets to surface insights that inform leadership decisions.
