This role gives Technical Publications leadership the current, well-sourced information they need to manage requirements, deliverables, briefings, and follow-through across the department.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal"><strong>Role Specifics</strong></p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">As the Technical Publications Operations Coordinator, you will serve as a horizontal resource across the department, supporting the Operations Manager and Director in collecting, organizing, and presenting the information leadership needs to make data-driven decisions. You will turn program requirements, contractual deliverables, leadership requests, and cross-functional inputs into clear trackers, briefing materials, proposals, and business reports that leadership can trust and act on immediately. This role supports the day-to-day operation of the department: requirements gathering, CDRL and DMRL management, leadership briefings, quarterly business reporting, cross-functional coordination, and the operational work that keeps a growing team running.
