In this role, you will be responsible for organising and coordinating multiple aspects within production. The Production Associate will work with the Production Supervisor and Lead Technicians to solve bottlenecks, ensure the priority of materials is clear, documentation is current, issues are communicated with multiple stakeholders and more! If you are a detail-oriented self starter who loves to deconflict issues while supporting a production team in a fast paced startup environment, then this role is for you.</p> <h4>WHAT YOU’LL DO</h4> <ul> <li>Monitor, track, and move parts as required through the production flow to ensure timely delivery to the next production location</li> <li>Coordinate physical movement of parts through receiving inspection, stock rooms, and production work centres</li> <li>Ensure parts are handled and protected properly and within Anduril specifications</li> <li>Work with the planning, procurement, engineering, warehouse and production teams to ensure MRP/ ERP data is and remains clean and accurate</li> <li>Assist with resolution of incorrect system data which is driving inaccurate reports</li> <li>Develop and maintain reports to highlight needs and constraints as required for internal use</li> <li>Communicate blockers and assist in root cause piece part shortages in the factory</li> <li>Support logistics process through innovative staging of workflow as required</li> <li>Support management of material certifications as required; prevent use of un-certified and MRB materials</li> <li>Work with production supervisors and managers to ensure all metrics driven action requirements are completed</li> <li>Support production and inventory personnel with "return to stock" and inventory purge actions</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience handling parts in a manufacturing, warehouse environment</li> <li>2+ years as a production coordinator, warehouse associate using digital planning systems</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and good communication skills</li> <li>Experience with MRP/ERP/MES (Netsuite, Oracle or equivalent systems) or other warehouse management and inventory control tooling.</li> <li>Strong computer skills, familiar with the full suite of Microsoft Office products</li> <li>Excited by working in a fast-paced environment</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h4>PREFERRED EXPERIENCE</h4> <ul> <li>Forklift experience and license</li> <li>Experience working in the defense/aerospace industry</li> <li>Familiarity with Inventory Management through lot/serial/batch tracking</li> <li>Experience packaging and handling hazardous shipments</li> <li>Excellent customer service skills</li> <li>Able to adapt in fast-paced environments</li> <li>Ability to flex as work shifts can be subject to change depending on the business need</li> <li>Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and effectively</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
