Product Marketing Manager

<p>Auterion builds a cutting-edge operating system for autonomous robotic systems that empower a diverse range of platforms to perform surveillance, reconnaissance, inspection, mapping and logistics tasks. Our industry-leading software drives the adoption of robotic fleets and is recognized by the U.S. government as the future standard for its drone programs.</p> <p>We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to translate complex autonomy, robotics, and defense technology into clear, market-facing messaging, sales enablement, web content, and campaign materials.</p> <p>This role works across product, engineering, business development, and marketing to develop technically accurate, customer-relevant content for defense and global markets. The ideal candidate can simplify complex products, create compelling use-case narratives, and build materials that clearly communicate what Auterion builds, why it matters, and how it performs in real-world environments.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop product positioning and messaging for Auterion’s autonomy, robotics, and defense technology solutions.</li> <li>Partner with product, engineering, and BD teams to translate technical capabilities into customer-facing marketing materials.</li> <li>Create messaging and content for websites, landing pages, sales enablement, campaigns, presentations, one-pagers, events, and product launches.</li> <li>Build use-case narratives that connect product capabilities to customer needs, operational environments, and mission outcomes.</li> <li>Support customer-facing teams with clear, consistent sales enablement materials and competitive positioning.</li> <li>Adapt messaging for different defense audiences, geographies, and buying environments.</li> <li>Maintain consistency across product claims, proof points, customer references, and marketing materials.</li> <li>Support launches, announcements, demos, campaigns, and field events with messaging, collateral, and web updates.</li> <li>Collaborate with design, social, video, PR, and events teams to turn product messaging into polished assets.</li> <li>Review marketing materials for technical accuracy, clarity, audience fit, and alignment with company narrative.</li> <li>Monitor content and campaign performance and recommend improvements to messaging and enablement materials.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications and Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, solutions marketing, sales enablement, or related roles.</li> <li>Experience marketing technical products in defense, aerospace, robotics, autonomy, AI, enterprise software, hardware, or other complex B2B industries.</li> <li>Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for different audiences.</li> <li>Experience collaborating with product, engineering, sales, and BD teams to create accurate, effective marketing materials.</li> <li>Strong understanding of product positioning, sales enablement, use-case development, and launch support.</li> <li>Experience creating product web pages, landing pages, sales decks, one-pagers, campaign copy, and related marketing assets.</li> <li>Comfortable working across global markets and adapting materials for regional audiences.</li> <li>Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li> <li>Proficiency with Google Workspace, CMS platforms, and collaborative marketing tools; familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress, or Google Analytics is a plus.</li> <li>Experience supporting defense industry events, product launches, demos, or customer briefings is preferred.</li> <li>Understanding of autonomous systems, drones, robotics, AI at the edge, open architecture, or software-defined systems is preferred.</li> <li>Experience working with external agencies, designers, video teams, or PR partners is a plus.</li> <li>EU Citizenship is required.</li> <li>Writing or product marketing samples required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Flexible working hours</li> <li>Stock Options</li> <li>Generous holiday allowance</li> <li>Company pension plan </li> <li>Car parking </li> <li>Enhanced maternity &amp; paternity leave</li> <li>Mental health and wellbeing support</li> </ul> <p><strong>About Auterion</strong></p> <p>We are building the leading software platform for AI-powered autonomous systems for enterprise and government customers.
