You will help manage LMS administration, content creation and management, training coordination, facilitation support, and evaluation of training effectiveness. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to partner with team leaders to translate business needs into practical learning solutions.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></span></div><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><div> <div> <div> <p><em><span data-contrast="auto">LMS Administration</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></em></p> </div> <div> <li><span style="color: #000000;"><span data-contrast="auto">Load training modules into the LMS, assign users, manage enrollments, and track completion rates.</span> </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;"><span data-contrast="auto">Maintain course catalogs, metadata, and version control; generate standard and ad-hoc reports.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></span></li> </div> <div> <p><em><span data-contrast="auto">Content Creation &amp; Management</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></em></p> </div> <div> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Assist&nbsp;in creating and curating learning content (materials, presentations, e-learning modules).</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Maintain a clean, accessible content library and ensure consistency with branding and standards.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> </div> <div> <p><em><span data-contrast="auto">Partnering with Team Leaders</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></em></p> </div> <div> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to understand learning needs and translate them into effective learning solutions.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Gather feedback on learning outcomes and refine offerings accordingly.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> </div> <div> <p><em><span data-contrast="auto">Training Coordination</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></em></p> </div> <div> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Manage&nbsp;logistics&nbsp;for training sessions (room bookings, scheduling, participant invites, calendar coordination).</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Set up virtual platforms (Teams, etc.) and prepare training materials and handouts.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> </div> <div> <p><em><span data-contrast="auto">Facilitation</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></em></p> </div> <div> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Deliver onboarding sessions, workshops, and compliance training as needed;&nbsp;assist&nbsp;facilitators during sessions.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Create a welcoming learning environment for participants.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> </div> <div> <p><em><span data-contrast="auto">Evaluation &amp; Compliance Support</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></em></p> </div> <div> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Maintain training records, ensure accessibility and compliance with internal policies.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Support audits and provide audits-ready documentation as required.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> </div> </div> </div><h3>Requirements:</h3><div>&nbsp;</div> <div> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">1 - 3 years in HR, training, or administrative roles; experience with adult learning practices is preferred.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Proficiency with virtual training platforms (e.g., WorkRamp, Teams).</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and basic e-learning tools. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees and facilitating sessions.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sessions and deadlines; strong attention to detail.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Comfortable with collecting feedback, analyzing data, and deriving actionable insights.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li>Role is based on-site at the Los Angeles facility.</li> </div><h3>Physical Requirements</h3><div> <li style="list-style-type: revert;">Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li> <li style="list-style-type: revert;">Frequent walking through office, manufacturing, and test facility environments.</li> <li style="list-style-type: revert;">Occasional standing, bending, or reaching as part of employee engagement or site walkthroughs.</li> <li style="list-style-type: revert;">Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally (e.g., employee materials, office supplies, or equipment).</li> <li style="list-style-type: revert;">Ability to adhere to safety requirements and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when entering production or test areas.</li> <li style="list-style-type: revert;">Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced aerospace environment with exposure to light industrial noise and activity.</li> </div>
