You will help manage LMS administration, content creation and management, training coordination, facilitation support, and evaluation of training effectiveness. experience with adult learning practices is preferred.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Proficiency with virtual training platforms (e.g., WorkRamp, Teams).</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and basic e-learning tools. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees and facilitating sessions.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sessions and deadlines;
