About This Role

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Real Estate, Workplace & Facilities team creates, scales, and sustains the physical environments where Anduril designs, builds, and deploys mission-critical defense technology. We oversee end-to-end real estate, design and construction, plant operations, environmental health & safety (EHS), physical security integration, and workplace services across all corporate and production facilities.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Contracts Manager, Workplace & Facilities to manage high-dollar, complex contracts across all facilities, workplace, and real estate functions. In this role, you will own the full contract lifecycle for multi-million-dollar vendor and service agreements supporting corporate campuses and manufacturing sites. You will serve as the principal commercial strategist, lead negotiator, and compliance partner for our operations. From capital improvement projects and mechanical maintenance to daily workplace services, you will ensure our physical infrastructure scales rapidly, cost-effectively, and in strict alignment with defense and commercial compliance standards.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Commercial Strategy & Deal Structuring

  • Serve as the primary contractual and commercial advisor to Real Estate & Workplace leadership, procurement teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Lead sourcing strategies, commercial evaluations, and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) across all workplace and facilities functions (e.g., MEP maintenance, janitorial, security services, corporate amenities, and tenant improvements).
  • Structure multi-million-dollar agreements using optimal pricing models (Fixed Price, T&M, Cost-Reimbursable) that balance speed, flexibility, and cost efficiency.

Contract Drafting, Redlining & Negotiation

  • Lead end-to-end negotiations for complex Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and vendor contracts.
  • Redline commercial terms, liability provisions, indemnifications, and warranties to minimize risk and protect company interests.
  • Partner with operations leads to develop robust, measurable Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and quality standards.

Supplier Performance & Controls Governance

  • Establish performance management systems and governance frameworks to track vendor adherence to contractual obligations and SLAs.
  • Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and partner with key suppliers to drive continuous operational improvement.

Change Management & Dispute Resolution

  • Manage formal change control procedures to evaluate, negotiate, and execute scope changes, equitable adjustments, and contract amendments.
  • Act as lead mediator and strategist for supplier disputes, claims, cost variances, and termination procedures.
  • Ensure all agreements adhere to internal governance controls, procurement policies, and relevant regulatory requirements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Contract Administration, Pre-Law, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in commercial transactions, contract administration, or strategic sourcing, with a demonstrated history of managing multi-million-dollar services and infrastructure agreements.
  • Domain Knowledge: Direct experience structuring and managing operational contracts across facilities operations, real estate, plant maintenance, or workplace services.
  • Compliance & Negotiation: Advanced capability redlining commercial terms and conditions (T&Cs) independently, with minimal escalation.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong ability to analyze supplier cost breakdowns, pricing indexes, total cost of ownership (TCO), and commercial risk exposure.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional executives and external partners.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Professional certifications: Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM), Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM), or Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Prior contract management experience within the Aerospace, Defense, or High-Tech Manufacturing sectors.
  • Familiarity with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) contractual requirements, OSHA guidelines, and construction/lien law.
