The role will focus primarily on video editing and post-production, with photo and video capture support as needed.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> </div> <div> <p><span data-contrast="auto">Working closely with the Creative Lead, this person will take projects from raw footage and photography through final delivery, producing high-quality visual content that&nbsp;maintains&nbsp;a consistent visual standard and supports the company’s brand, storytelling, and communications needs.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> </div> </div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><div> <li>Edit video content using DaVinci Resolve&nbsp;</li> <li>Edit, color correct, and process photography using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop&nbsp;</li> <li>Organize and manage photo and video assets&nbsp;</li> <li>Work with the Creative Lead to execute creative direction across projects&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain consistency in visual style, color, pacing, and quality&nbsp;</li> <li>Prepare and export final assets for web, social, presentations, marketing, and other uses&nbsp;</li> <li>Occasionally&nbsp;assist&nbsp;with on-location or in-studio photo and video capture&nbsp;</li> <li>Operate Sony camera systems and related production equipment&nbsp;</li> <li>Incorporate feedback and manage revisions through final delivery</li> <li>Help maintain an organized post-production workflow&nbsp;</li> </div><h3>Requirements</h3><div> <li>Strong&nbsp;proficiency&nbsp;in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Lightroom, and Photoshop&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience editing both video and photography&nbsp;</li> <li>Familiarity with Sony professional and mirrorless camera systems&nbsp;</li> <li>Professional experience within aerospace, technology, or a marketing team/department&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong understanding of color, composition, pacing, and visual storytelling&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines</li> <li>Ability to work independently while staying closely aligned with the Creative Lead&nbsp;</li> </div><h3>Preferred Skills & Experience</h3><div> <li>Motion graphics or animation experience, including After Effects, Fusion, or similar tools&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience capturing content in technical, industrial, aerospace, automotive, or other fast-paced environments&nbsp;</li> <li>Familiarity with professional lighting, audio, camera support, and production workflows&nbsp;</li> </div>
