In this role, you’ll take a strong lead in facilitating learning, maintaining oversight of our existing Academy programs, and contributing to the design and roll‑out of newly created learning academies such as those emerging in Shared Services. You’ll also support the continuous improvement of our broader learning ecosystem, ensuring employees have meaningful, practical, and accessible learning opportunities that support their growth and performance. While you will apply sound instructional design practices, this role is more focused on facilitation, program management, and operational ownership of our learning academies rather than deep e‑learning development.
