We manage the full lifecycle of our early-career programs, ensuring that Zipline is the premier destination for emerging talent across hardware, software and operations teams, amongst others. Our team designs impactful experiences that bridge the gap between academic brilliance and real-world autonomous logistics.</p> <h2 data-path-to-node="2">The Role</h2> <p data-path-to-node="3">We are looking for an Emerging Talent Recruiter to join us as a contractor to support our upcoming busy fall university recruiting season, with the potential for extension beyond that. In this role, you will play a key part in discovering and hiring the next generation of builders at Zipline. You will manage full-cycle recruiting for various early-career roles, while also planning and facilitating engaging recruiting events at universities and technical competitions.
