Test Technician / Specialist

<div><strong><span data-contrast="auto">About The Role:</span></strong></div> <div><span data-contrast="auto"><br>As a Test&nbsp;Specialist at&nbsp;Hermeus&nbsp;you will&nbsp;have the opportunity to build and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;test assets and infrastructure as well as execute&nbsp;test campaigns that are critical to&nbsp;Hermeus’s&nbsp;core development approach of rapid, iterative testing.&nbsp;This position offers a unique opportunity for growth and development while&nbsp;working on&nbsp;groundbreaking technology in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.&nbsp;As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of vehicle subsystems including hydraulic system, fuel system, mechanisms, high-voltage,&nbsp;mechanisms,&nbsp;airframe structural, and more!</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></div><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><div> <li>Fabricate, build, and commission various test assets to meet company needs ranging from test rigs and stands up to larger-scale test cells and facilities.&nbsp;</li> <li>Modify and perform upgrades to existing test assets to expand capability or meet program objectives.&nbsp;</li> <li>Execute tests in a safe, efficient, and precise manner to meet test objectives and deliver a high-quality test data product.&nbsp;</li> <li>Learn and operate data acquisition (DAQ) and control system software for various test setups.&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist with test planning, setup, and readiness to ensure smooth execution of test operations.&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop expertise on the test assets you work on, becoming a trusted technical resource within the team.&nbsp;</li> </div><h3>Requirements:</h3><div> <li>Versatile, well-rounded skillset with at least a base-level of proficiency working on fluid, mechanical, and electrical systems.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience working with common instrumentation and data acquisition systems is a plus.&nbsp;</li> <li>Self-motivated and proactive. Able to take ownership of tasks and drive things to completion.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to work in a dynamic test environment, quickly adapting to challenges.&nbsp;</li> </div>
