As a key member of our recruiting team, you’ll help shape the company’s talent strategy during a period of rapid growth. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with recruiters and engineering leaders to define and meet hiring needs. You’ll have the autonomy, tools, and support to execute our strategy and help build a world-class team at Hermeus.</span></div> <div><span style="font-size: 16px;">&nbsp;</span></div> <div><span style="font-size: 16px;">We’re seeking a Technical Sourcer who can own the entire sourcing process and is excited to make a meaningful impact within a small, fast-moving team.</span></div><h3>Responsibilities:</h3> <li>Act as a subject matter expert in prospecting techniques and tools used for information retrieval, data extraction, web-scraping, continuous process improvement, process automation, and candidate management</li> <li>Conduct interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high <strong>interview-to-offer ratios</strong></li> <li>Engage passive candidates using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referral and campaigns</li> <li>Ensure a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint</li> <li>Build talent maps to generate market insights to inform your engagement strategy</li> <li>Represent the company's brand and recruiting team internally and externally</li> <li>Leverage internal resources to build strategy around selling our value proposition</li> <h3>Qualifications:</h3> <li>Over 3 years of experience sourcing top-tier talent for technical roles</li> <li>2+ years of experience interacting with internal stakeholders, including collaborating with Hiring Managers and Directors to gather requirements, review candidate profiles, and provide regular updates on pipeline progress</li> <li>Well-connected within the new space <strong>hardware engineering</strong> talent communities</li> <li>Proven ability to take a consultative approach, delivering improved hiring outcomes, enhancing candidate experience, and earning the trust of peers and internal stakeholders</li> <li>Strong grasp of the technical skills and qualifications required for engineering roles across the business</li> <li>Skilled in communicating clearly with candidates to understand their motivations, career goals, and organizational fit</li> <li>Experienced in managing multiple candidate pipelines and tracking their progress throughout the recruitment lifecycle</li> <li>Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision</li>
