You'll partner directly with leaders across <span class="acronym-highlight">SG&amp;A</span> teams to build stronger teams, coach exceptional managers, improve organizational effectiveness, and ensure Zipline continues attracting and developing extraordinary talent.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="2143">This isn't a traditional HR role. You'll help leaders strengthen their organizations, make difficult people decisions, improve management quality, and solve the challenges that come with rapid growth.</p> <h2 class="p1"><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h2> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1"><strong>Guide talent decisions.</strong> Partner with leaders on hiring, performance, and promotion decisions that directly strengthen their teams.</li> <li class="li1"><strong>Coach managers.</strong> Work directly with managers on performance feedback, employee development, difficult conversations, and supporting their teams through organizational change.</li> <li class="li1"><strong>Support learning &amp; development.</strong> Help leaders identify capability gaps in their teams and connect managers and employees with development opportunities that build skills as the business scales.</li> <li class="li1"><strong>Support employee relations.</strong> Handle sensitive employee concerns with discretion and professionalism, partnering with Legal and senior People Partners on next steps.</li> <li class="li1"><strong>Connect the People org.</strong> Work closely with People Operations and Recruiting to keep the employee experience consistent and improving across the lifecycle.</li> <li class="li1"><strong>Reinforce culture and accountability.</strong> Help leaders set clear expectations and give direct feedback so their teams reflect Zipline's values in practice.</li> </ul> <h2 class="p1"><strong>What You'll Bring</strong></h2> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1">5+ years of experience in HR, People Business Partnering, or a related role supporting managers and teams in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li class="li1">A practical, solutions-oriented approach to solving organizational and people challenges.</li> <li class="li1">Strong judgment and the ability to navigate complex people situations with professionalism, objectivity, and discretion.</li> <li class="li1">Ability to build trust quickly while providing candid, thoughtful guidance to managers at all levels.</li> <li class="li1">Experience using people data and business context to inform decisions and improve team effectiveness.</li> <li class="li1">Confidence coaching managers through performance management, employee development, and difficult conversations.</li> <li class="li1">Curiosity, low ego, and a desire to continuously learn, improve, and adapt as the business evolves.</li> <li class="li1">A collaborative mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves to help solve problems wherever they're needed.</li> </ul> <p data-renderer-start-pos="4275"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Your Impact</strong></p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="4288">Leaders trust your judgment and proactively seek your partnership on important people decisions.
