Founded in 2010, Motivo was inspired by the philosophy of race car engineering teams that design and build custom vehicles end-to-end. By applying that same vertically integrated mindset to other domains, Motivo pioneered an "agile for hardware" approach, bringing both depth and breadth to every project. Our team is carefully selected for diverse skill sets, strong problem-solving instincts, and world-class heart. We're not fans of the word "impossible."
