We provide crucial design feedback to our engineering team and can rapidly iterate on design and assembly.</span></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><span style="font-size: 16px;">As a </span><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">Fluids Integration Technician</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">, you’ll be responsible for assembling, installing, and testing complex fluid and electromechanical systems in support of flight and propulsion hardware. You will work hands-on with hydraulic tubing, mechanical sub-assemblies, and pressurized systems while collaborating closely with engineering and operations teams. This role is ideal for a highly skilled technician who thrives in fast-paced environments, is fluent in reading technical schematics, and is passionate about building and improving flight-critical systems.&nbsp;</span></div><h3>Responsibilities</h3> <li>Execute work orders, perform quality buyoffs, and manage hardware issuance&nbsp;</li> <li>Build and integrate mechanical and electrical sub-assemblies&nbsp;</li> <li>Perform functional qualification testing between assemblies&nbsp;</li> <li>Utilize mechanical hand and power tools with precision&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain, troubleshoot, and install fluid and electromechanical systems based on schematics and drawings&nbsp;</li> <li>Support hydraulic systems: fabricate tubing assemblies, conduct precision cleaning, and perform system testing&nbsp;</li> <li>Partner with engineering and leadership to implement process improvements that reduce cycle time and increase repeatability&nbsp;</li> <li>Contribute to integrated pressurized ground operations and coordinated vehicle movements&nbsp;</li> <li>Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, hands-on development environment&nbsp;</li> <h3>Requirements</h3> <li>3+ years of experience in a startup or high-growth development environment&nbsp;</li> <li>Direct experience in a flight or propulsion development program&nbsp;</li> <li>Proven ability to transition hardware from prototype to production&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong background with hydraulic systems and manufacturing fluids, including tube fabrication and precision fluid system prep&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics to assemble and install mechanical/electromechanical components&nbsp;</li> <li>A&amp;P license preferred, but not required&nbsp;</li> <h3>Preferred Skills and Experience</h3> <li>Experience with aircraft structural assembly, including drilling, reaming, countersinking, and fastener installation per drawings&nbsp;</li> <li>Proficient in using precision tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, depth gauges) and basic shop equipment&nbsp;</li> <li>Familiarity with systems integration, GSE operations, and component-level builds/tests (ATP, proofing, etc.)&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to troubleshoot and redline issues in real-time, collaborating closely with engineers&nbsp;</li> <li>Knowledge of GD&amp;T, Microsoft Office, and experience with CAD/CAM tools&nbsp;</li> <li>A&amp;P license preferred&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience with large structural lifts and rigging&nbsp;</li>
