If you want to work with the most talented people on Earth furthering space exploration for humanity, come join us.</p></div><p>Vast is looking for an <strong>Inventory Coordinator,</strong> reporting to the to <strong>Manager, Inventory Control</strong> to support the development and operation of inventory systems required for the design and build of the world’s first commercial human-rated space stations.</p> <p>This will be a full-time, <strong>non-</strong><strong data-stringify-type="bold">exempt</strong> position located in our <strong data-stringify-type="bold">Long Beach</strong> location.</p> <p><strong>Shift:</strong></p> <ul> <li>First Shift: 6am - 2:30pm PST</li> <li>Second Shift: 2pm - 10:30pm PST </li> </ul> <p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Execute daily inventory operations including receiving, stocking, picking, kitting, and issuing material to support production and development</li> <li>Maintain accurate inventory transactions within ERP/MES systems (e.g., Manufacturo), ensuring full traceability and data integrity</li> <li>Support move orders and material requests with a focus on speed, accuracy, and clear communication to stakeholders</li> <li>Perform cycle counts and inventory audits;
