This role focuses heavily on controls development, algorithm implementation, and testing.</div> <div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Fall: Around 16 weeks (August - December)</div> </div> <div>&nbsp;</div><h3>Responsibilities:</h3> <li>Support the design, implementation, and testing of guidance and control algorithms for uncrewed high-speed aircraft</li> <li>Assist in developing and tuning control laws for flight vehicle stability and performance</li> <li>Implement and validate control algorithms in simulation and test environments</li> <li>Support analysis of test data and help refine control system performance</li> <h3>Requirements:</h3> <li>Pursuing a degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.</li> <li>Strong background in controls, dynamics, and feedback systems</li> <li>Experience with control system modeling and simulation</li> <li>Familiarity with MATLAB, Simulink, Python, or similar tools used for controls development</li> <li>Strong understanding of engineering first principles</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work within cross-functional teams</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>GPA of 3.0 or above</li>
