This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, infrastructure, and testing, with a strong emphasis on designing and managing Gitlab CI/CD pipelines, enabling automated </span><span data-contrast="auto">Flight Test on various Cloud and HW testbeds including Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL).</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></div><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><div> <li>Design, implement, and maintain scalable Gitlab CI/CD pipelines to support flight software build, test, and release workflows.  </li> <li>Develop and manage containerized environments using Docker to ensure consistency across development, simulation, and test systems.  </li> <li>Provision and manage cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services using Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.  </li> <li>Build and maintain automated pipelines for SIL and HIL testing, enabling continuous validation of flight software against simulated and real hardware interfaces.  </li> <li>Support Flight Test operations by developing reliable deployment, telemetry, and data collection workflows.  </li> <li>Integrate hardware test benches with CI/CD systems to enable automated regression testing and real-time feedback.  </li> <li>Optimize build systems for performance, reproducibility, and traceability across multiple flight software configurations.  </li> <li>Collaborate closely with flight software, avionics, and test engineers to streamline development and test cycles.  </li> <li>Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for both cloud and on-premise test environments.  </li> </div><h3>Qualifications:</h3><div> <li data-section-id="1qnbd93" data-start="20" data-end="159">Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical field.</li> <li data-section-id="n5cstb" data-start="160" data-end="262">3+ years of experience in DevOps, software infrastructure, test automation, or platform engineering.</li> <li data-section-id="juibuj" data-start="263" data-end="343">Strong experience designing, building, and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines.</li> <li data-section-id="oevro2" data-start="344" data-end="429">Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized development or test environments.</li> <li data-section-id="qomuqr" data-start="430" data-end="511">Experience provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure, preferably with AWS.</li> <li data-section-id="1akcshr" data-start="512" data-end="578">Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.</li> <li data-section-id="1f0kcom" data-start="579" data-end="662">Strong scripting or programming experience in Python, Bash, or similar languages.</li> <li data-section-id="epl4hg" data-start="663" data-end="762">Experience supporting build, test, release, or deployment workflows for complex software systems.</li> <li data-section-id="igkrdv" data-start="763" data-end="879">Ability to work closely with software, hardware, avionics, and test Skills and Experience:</h3><div> <li data-section-id="khom4t" data-start="974" data-end="1109">Experience supporting flight software, embedded software, robotics, aerospace, automotive, defense, or other safety-critical systems.</li> <li data-section-id="1rm6yut" data-start="1110" data-end="1210">Experience with Software-in-the-Loop, Hardware-in-the-Loop, or other integrated test environments.</li> <li data-section-id="1g21gnm" data-start="1211" data-end="1321">Familiarity with real-time systems, hardware test benches, avionics systems, or embedded Linux environments.</li> <li data-section-id="1hg04q5" data-start="1322" data-end="1455">Experience integrating CI/CD pipelines with physical hardware, lab systems, test rigs, or automated regression test infrastructure.</li> <li data-section-id="185mwdq" data-start="1456" data-end="1588">Experience with telemetry, data collection, deployment tooling, or operational support for flight test or field test environments.</li> <li data-section-id="hzvhy6" data-start="1589" data-end="1725">Knowledge of build systems, artifact management, version control, and release traceability for regulated or mission-critical software.</li> <li data-section-id="bymd36" data-start="1726" data-end="1826">Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting for cloud and on-premise infrastructure.</li> <li data-section-id="heqr2i" data-start="1827" data-end="1932">Familiarity with AWS services commonly used for compute, storage, networking, security, and automation.</li> <li data-section-id="2wjitp" data-start="1933" data-end="2055">Ability to move quickly between infrastructure design, hands-on implementation, debugging, and cross-functional support.</li> <li data-section-id="l5pikz" data-start="2056"
